What happens if I exceed my daily limit?
Requests are stopped at your daily cap. No overage charges, no surprise invoices. If you need more headroom, upgrade to the next tier from the Pricing page - changes take effect immediately.
Do you offer refunds?
No - paid plans are non-refundable. The free Community tier exists so you can verify the product before paying. Partial refunds are only issued when a service is provably broken on our side (sustained outage, billing error) for the affected period. We do not refund based on testing, scraping, or change of mind - data + proxy + bandwidth costs are consumed the moment a key is active.
How do API keys work?
After subscribing, your API key is automatically generated and available in your Dashboard. Each key has its own subscription and usage limits. You can purchase additional keys, each with its own plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from the Billing page and your subscription continues until the end of the current period. No penalty, no fees.
How do I manage my subscription?
Everything is managed through your Billing page - view subscriptions, update payment methods, download invoices, and cancel plans. No external portals needed.
What is the Community tier?
Community is the free tier - 2,500 requests/day, 15 concurrent WebSocket connections, no time cap, no credit card. Server signs only - your IP connects directly to TikTok (no shared proxy pool). Endpoints that require server-side scraping (resolve_user_ids, agency-grade Gifter Leaderboard) are paid-only. Sandbox is the legacy alias for the same tier.
How do caption credits work?
Caption credits are pay-as-you-go add-ons. 1 credit = 1 minute of real-time transcription/translation. Purchase Starter (1K credits), Creator (5K credits), or Agency (20K credits) packs from the Captions page. Basic tier or higher is required.
